Do YOU have more to lose than I did?
I've been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember. When I was in grade 8 . . . I was 5'0" and I weighed 160lbs . . . The 'ladies' didn't notice me . . . I wasn't good at sports . . . I wasn't even 'top of the class'!! However, by the time I graduated I had figured out that if I just worked like a 'dog' I could maintain my weight. So as a young man I worked as a brick-layers helper, a logger (Faller/buckerman) and alot of other jobs that were so physically demanding I couldn't help but maintain' my weight. Now I'm 52 and that style of weight-loss program just doesn't work anymore however, . . .
